Oklahoma State must underrated. I would even buy some stock on USC.

Overrated? Notre Dame

Oregon

Obviously Miami and A&M, but I can see LSU or Tennessee not being ranked by the end of the season.

I don't trust Oregon at all. I don't think Notre Dame is that great but hoping Leonard can beat aggy 

Miami is my choice as well. I also don’t think FSU should be so high by any stretch of the imagination. 

fwiw, I’d say Missouri IF they didn’t have such an easy schedule.

Overrated: Tennessee, FSU. Not sure how much I trust either qb this season.

Underrated: Missouri is sneaky good. A&M has a roster that should be minimum top 20 without coaching messing it up. Penn State gets a very workable schedule.

Overrated.. Penn State, they have the talent to do it, but can never win the big games.

Probably A&M. Top heavy but once the end of the game comes around, their players are going to be fatigued.

Michigan probably has 3 Ls so they won’t be Top 10 in the end. If they lose to USC too they may not be top 25. 
 

I could see Penn St. being mediocre even with their schedule. Their offense is never impressive.

Huge Odds on Okie State to make playoff +650.  Rolled on that one big.   

I think Utah is most overrated, granted easy schedule but Cam goes down again they are cooked.

Of the top 10 I'd say most overrated is Florida State. 
The next 10 I'd say LSU OR Texas A&M
Bottom 5 is definitely Kansas.

I am actually all the way in on Oregon and Ole Miss this year. I have bought all of the Oregon stock

Michigan. New coach.  New QB.  A lot of talent lost to NFL.

Overrated: Ole Miss, ND, and Clemson. and Tennessee
Underrated: OK State, USC

I agree CJ I'd put Oklahoma St. somewhere in the 12-15th range. Gundy is too good of a coach to be at 18.
