I thought they couldn't transfer within conference. But I don't know if that's true any more with the ongoing rule changes.

A&M fans screaming about breaking rules is laughable. Isn’t A&M still one of the most (if not the most) penalized team in NCAA history?

This is true for football but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t apply to baseball

I think that is only for football. At least that was the discussion yesterday on OTF.
