John Meredith III ruled ineligible at North Crowley due to transfer

Featured Replies

hilarious when you think about it...EVERYONE at IMG moved there for as a transfer to build a superteam...lol

They will need a lawyer because the UIL will not overturn that decision. Of course anything is possible, but have been through that before. Good luck. IMG getting a good one though.

Yea, the UIL is very strict and won’t back off rulings. Cost my swim team the first men’s swimming championship at Westlake. Instead it took place 3 years later with my little brother’s team. I’ll never let that one go. So sad for our group. We were going to set several national records in relays for public schools for sure and may have even taken the superteam schools like Bolles.

Have to get a lawyer to challenge the ruiling, if they go that route

I'm sure there's a UT alum that will take that case.

So he can't just go play for previous school?  I'm confused as to how it got this far.

Signed, Ignorant.

A new use for NIL $ in the States where the NIL compensation extends down to high school!
