We may not be playing well but at least we are having bad luck.

Missed a homer by 5 feet left of the left field foul pole.

This is a tough watch so far. Our ace didn't have her stuff (she seems off lately - several starts that haven't gone well) and our offense has been nonexistent. They can turn it on really fast, but it's not looking encouraging right now.

Mike White certainly does not look happy at the moment.

We've given up 4 runs on 4 hits and it feels like we're down by 12.

Because their pitcher is throwing strikes that we cannot square up.

We haven't even been able to make good contact for the most part. The foul ball by Stewart was the best contact that has been made the whole game. And she followed that up with a grounder straight to 2nd base. It just feels like the offense isn't there.

WE knew they had elite pitching. Tenn. has not been good at the plate. Clutch today to say the least. Felt like we would have to shut them out or no more than one run to win. Not today.

too bad.  hitting has been inconsistent for awhile and Kavan has struggled off and on for about six weeks.

doing that Texas thing were we come out flat in big moments and if we are lucky, struggle to get back in the mix

Yep. This was a continuation of April's performances. We should beat Miss State and Tech. Neither have athletes to match Tennessee.
