OTF: A target will be off the board soon

OTF expects a target of the Longhorns to come off the board soon. The expectation is it will be to another SEC team.

Disappointing, but guessing Cook was a take for this reason.

Our two OL takes so far have been very NIL friendly.  Will have to spend at OT.
