We can only hope, based on the part of the country this occurred,  that this was drug-related or enabled.

If it wasn't - then it's safe to say that the gene pool is permanently stained.😏

    I feel like, even though I don’t know what the punishment for this is, it should probably be more severe than whatever it is for the sake of keeping a clear psychopath off the streets.
