According to Brandon Marcello of CBS Sports, the first Michigan opt-outs have come in.

EDGE Derrick Moore – 440 snaps in 2025, 11 sacks, 41 pressures

LB Jaishawn Barham – 375 snaps, 21 pressures, 3 sacks

OG Giovanni El-Hadi – 537 snaps in nine starts... started in 2024 as well. Allowed just 2 sacks this season.

I hate opt-outs. Weak.
But I hope they all opt-out. I probably would if I were at UM right now. Who wants to bleed for that hot mess.

Love it lol keep arch clean and not risk an injury.

There goes any pass rush Michigan is going to generate against Arch.  Huge advantage Texas.

Nothing for Michigan players to play for other than getting reps for next year.  Pride doesn't even really make sense this year.  Tough situation for those kids.  Hope we snot them.

Hahah our interior OL can make that happen against anyone though

I feel bad for the kids that they are having to go through all of this. None of this is their fault.
