From what I know on Terry.

1. Terry has enjoyed his time in Austin.

2. The staff has major plans for Terry to be a focal point of the defensive line in 2026.

3. To this point, Terry's name has not popped up in any conversation I have had regarding transferring out.

He could enter and I could look like an idiot for saying this but is some of the rumors of Terry hitting the portal caused from that big article last year when he committed when one of his family members told the reporter that he/she thought he would get homesick and transfer?

  • “Acknowledged” is different than “prepping”for. In this day and age, there is nothing you can be unprepared for or think is off the table. That was Gerry’s response and CJ’s, too. Nothing more.

Possibly I guess. I don't remember that article or quote too be 100%.

But if a family member went on record, I guess it isn't entirely nothing.

I am not saying that they have been predicting him to transfer. I am saying that the smoke has been there, Texas is trying to keep him (obviously) but that this has been a known possibility. So if news is changing and other sites are reporting things (right or wrong) this was a THING Screenshot2025-12-10074829.png.15095baab28e83be56333be8b58f9a75.pngods had acknowledged.

The rapture has been a thing many times too.

Gullibility is the thing oftentimes least discussed.

I too have major plans for Terry to be a focal point of the defensive line in 2026.

He's a Georgia kid.
Some family members probably wanted him/want him at Georgia.
If CJ says Terry is enjoying Austin than I don't really have any doubts he'll stay cause the staff is gonna make a competitive NIL offer and because of his production late they're also gonna make it known to him that he's gonna play a lot next year.

To me the biggest reason to transfer has been debunked by CJ if he says Terry feels like Austin is home.

That’s alluding to him going pro dude…not hard to understand that. Stop trying to create a problem where there is none. That’s a chick thing to do, so either you’re a chick or you’ve been beaten into submission by one to think like they do…

So this three page thread is on Georgia tampering, which obviously doesn’t actually exist anymore as we have agents to legally tamper.  Some of our kids will re-price from time to time.
