The bottom line? Texas did what it was supposed to do. They dispensed early with an outmanned and outgunned opponent. While no game is perfect, the Horns didn’t let this game get “muddy”. Following the 4th and 1 conversion Texas literally swamped the Gators. Texas Prioritizing Recovery During Bye Week *** Texas is just about through with their bye week's worth of practice. And I should use the term practice very loosely. For most of the week, Texas utilized walk-throughs to allow for the team to recharge their batteries after five consecutive weeks of play and hours of travel in between. What the 2027 NFL Draft could look like It's still fairly early to have a great feel for what the 2027 NFL Draft will look like. That's because there are some decisions by juniors still remaining that will likely help shape the top 50 picks or so in 2027. There's been a lot of speculation regarding Texas Women's Basketball guard Aaliyah Crump as of late. The freshman was injured in mid-November and has yet to return to the floor for Vic Schaefer. Apparently there was a recent report that Crump is now going to redshirt, so I reached out to a team source this morning to get the latest. Crump continues to progress from her foot injury and is doing much better. However, no decision has been made on the former five-star at this time. The possibility to return is still there.
