Texas Spring Ball Depth Chart Texas spring football begins tomorrow morning! With that said, a look at the projected depth coming out of the spring. There will obviously be some movement and guys will cross-train at multiple different positions. The depth chart tomorrow obviously will look different than this projection. And now the Longhorns will attempt to do the same in the 2027 cycle. Marcus Spears Jr. is not only the top ranked prospect in the Lone Star State, but also nationally. We live in a world gone mad. I can’t keep up with all the shenanigans going on in college sports. - There’s a rule proposal on the table that a college head coach would essentially be suspended for six games in a season if he takes a transfer player outside of the official transfer portal. The idea here is to stop coaches from circumventing transfer portal rules. Something has to be done. So maybe this is a workable solution. The meeting with President Trump and multiple stakeholders across college sports is still set for tomorrow. There was also a meeting of A4 conference stakeholders Tuesday in Dallas who were listening to a pitch from private equity. DENTON, Texas — Richardson (Texas) offensive lineman Jasper Ngokwere was one of the standout performers at Under Armour Dallas, a camp that featured elite talent at his position, like Brian Swanson and Peyton Miller.
