What Has Worked for Texas on Scoring Drives in 2025? I frequently take trips down statistical rabbit holes during the offseason. It is a safe haven for me. To be lost in search of random trends and statistical anomalies that tell parts of a story that previously had holes in the conclusion. Rarely do I take these trips in the middle of the season. Longhorns to Receive Another Visit from 2027 Waxahachie DB Texas hosted 2027 Waxahachie DB JayQuan Snell for a visit over the weekend. Snell was able to catch a Texas spring practice and meet up with the brand new secondary coaching staff for the first time. The Longhorns offered Snell back in April of 2024, though there was a brief period where contact had gone a bit dry. With the new coaching staff, that contact picked back up and Snell returned to campus for the Longhorn City Limits event.
