Texas visits Jonah Williams Texas safeties coach and area recruiter Blake Gideon along with defensive coordinator Pete Kwiatkowski made a stop at Galveston (Texas) Ball High today to see 4-star safety Jonah Williams. Williams, 6-3 and 205 pounds, was joined at Ball High by his father for the visit with the Texas staff members. According to a source, the visit went very positive for the Longhorns and Williams. The family is looking at scheduled an OV to Texas. Texas gave Williams three weekends - June 7-9, 14-16 or 21-23. Texas visits Sunshine State WR committed to Oregon Per a source at Tampa Tech High, Texas assistant coach Jeff Banks was by the Southwest Florida school for multiple hours to watch Oregon 5-star wide receiver commit Dallas Wilson. Wilson, 6-3 and 180, committed to Oregon January 17 over Miami and Florida. He has official visits scheduled to Miami June 7-9, Florida June 14-16 and Oregon June 21-23. The Longhorns offered Wilson September 26, 2023 and have quietly been recruiting him since. Jeff Banks stopped by the school in January.
