I think Texas should be in a better position for a deeper run. But it's a long season and injuries are part of sports. I'm not going to predict Omaha but I'm really looking forward to seeing how this seasons team comes together.

Guys anyone know if Texas requires their NIL athletes to sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement)? I would think it would be standard business but I hear reports (accurate or not) about players talking about how much NIL money they’re making.

I went with Fubo and yeah I can watch the Spurs.

Good for you. The only way these things stop happening is if they get hit in the pocket book by losing a ton of subscribers.

I went with Fubo too. So far I’m liking it better than YouTube TV. Only issue is they don’t have Discovery Channel but we have other options for that channel.

Oh wow ok sorry about that. I was on their website and used their chat function and was told SEC Network was not available.

FYI SEC Network isn't available on Fubo. Not an issue for tomorrow but down the road could be

That’s been my experience too. I used to enter a lot but haven’t entered in years because I never would get drawn.

I don't ever remember seeing or hearing of numbers like this. Catastrophic situation for some folks in Jamaica. Eastern Cuba and Bahamas are next in her path.

I think that's the way it should be. Helps avoid player selected coaches.

Crazy times!! D1 Baseball about to go live on YouTube to discuss. I'm still interested to know if Texas even has roster room to look at an Tennessee players.

This is why I don’t watch much MLB until this time of year because they really don’t try half the time. It’s just not fun to watch for me. I think he would struggle with communication/motivation. Big difference between college players (who are, at some level getting better paid) but not millionaires for the most part and a whole team of self entitled millionaires. But again he’s a smart guy and knows this going in. If this happens he will have a lot of eyes on him seeing how it goes.

Not sure his current demeanor would translate at that level. I’m sure he knows that though.

@Blake Munroe heard any news on this? Crazy to even think this could happen but if so it could obviously open up a lot of talented players to the portal. Could the Horns benefit? I'm thinking they are already maxed out on scholarships. https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/46641299/tennessee-vitello-favorite-land-giants-job

Looking forward to this!!

Good watch thanks for posting 🤘🤘

Makes me wonder why the staff went after these guys if this is something they already knew.

Ouch

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in the starting rotation next season.

I may be off on this but seems like Schloss and staff are now honing in on their “type of players”. The one thing that always jumped out at me with Rerick was he always played emotional. He was really fiery when doing good but when he didn’t have it his emotions were clearly keeping him from being able to get pasted the rough start. That’s not the type of player that Schloss likes. I’m spitballing here but maybe Schloss and Weiner didn’t feel like he could get passed the emotional aspect.

Are the latest portal entries related to a change in number of scholarships next season?

Borba has room for improvement no doubt. I think Borba just needs to be in a competition battle which looks like he could be with A Rod again but A Rod will hopefully have a healed hand and an offseason with the staff.

Good medicine!!

I’m pretty pumped to see that many names in the portal. Wish those players the best of luck. Looking forward to the next 2-3 weeks to see how things turn out.

This just me speculating but I noticed his hitting really tanked after he started getting benched for what was assumed to be interior behavior issues. I think he got butt hurt for being benched and that affected his on field performance.
