I agree. While it’s still early and we only got a small sample of what’s to come at least some of the question marks I had for the pitching staff were answered. Riojas, Moffett and Mercer were most impressive to me. Mercer looks to be a solid closer.

Hook em!!🤘🤘

He looks solid so far. He could be big for us.

Duplantier slinging it this year that’s different

From the left side too

That was salty

And not hearing Zeke and Zonk

Flores being mic’d up was good stuff.

Schueslser still has Dolly Parton as his walk up song. Cracks me up.

Yeah that was ugly.

@Jeff Howehave you heard whether Keith and Greg will be broadcasting this season?

Love seeing the pics guys. Wish I could be there.

@Jeff Howe welcome sir! I’ve been listening to sports talk radio in Austin since it started in the early 90’s with Bill Schoenig. You were one of the best I heard! Looking forward to seeing you getting more involved in the videos sharing your thoughts.

Lots of excitement no doubt with the new staff but also a lot of questions with this team on the mound. I’m looking forward to seeing how it goes for sure. I don’t expect a smooth start to the season but with that schedule hopefully they can figure out a rotation by conference play.

None bigger than 4th and 13 for me. But I did and still enjoy beating all 3 rivals- essentially Aggie and boomer.

My guess is a lot will be on either SEC or SEC plus or ESPN plus. I think the opening weekend is on Flo Sports TV.

I expect Schloss to play with the line up the first part of the season given all the new players. When he first got to aggie he did this and I believe went into conference play before he settled on a line up and starting rotation.

I saw this too I think it’s true. I’m sure not going to judge but at least it’s not happening during the season.

She got a 1 million dollar NIL deal.

So I heard E Hogan say LBJ on their show this morning. Regardless yeah you’re right it’s likely Duplantier unless the reports that LBJ signed a contract aren’t true. Technically he had until August 1st to sign or not and he does or did have one year of eligibility left. But that to me is a stretch. I said earlier it’d be hard to get LBJ back since he’s already graduated.

@CJ Vogel @Blake Munroe guys with LBJ coming back seems like the staff is now close if not done with bringing in any more players. What does the accumulated new roster look like?

I don’t see him getting an NIL deal to cover that plus another year of tuition and living expenses.

The other thing to consider with LBJ is he has already graduated. Sure he could still come back but having a degree makes the decision a lot harder in my opinion.

I agree. Guess it depends on what kind of deal he’s offered in the minors compared to NIL money

He’ll yes!! I’m getting drunk
