Texas 4-star QB K.J. Lacey is competing at the Elite 11 finals Tuesday through Thursday before flying to Texas for his OV. We will post clips of Lacey in the thread.

We shall see what happens as to the when, but OTF is on de-commitment watch ... not a Texas commit.

American Heritage High head coach Mike Smith scheduled to join us around 9am to talk about Dia Bell

I think he’s definitely the second Safety prospect on the board. just me, but I like 10.7 guys that play safety. Got to get Kade Phillips

Nathan Tilmon told OTF earlier this morning that he is scheduled to arrive in Austin around 3pm central today for his OV.

It had nothing to do with me … it was someone trying to take a shot at the 247 guys when the person talking has been a no-show in Austin the last two official weekends … pretty big deal they are to cover for Texas coverage sites I would say! I thought that was BS because I have seen the 247 guys in Austin the last two weekends covering the biggest events. Essentially I didn’t like that someone wanted to try and take a shot at 247 guys when you haven’t been putting in the work. It was ridiculous.

Thank you for that link!

Working on that

Sure! That was just too over the top ridiculous though.

That was just ridiculous. Even though I wasn't initially involved in that ... I just couldn't let someone try and take a shot (at the guys from 247) when he hasn't shown up in Austin the last two weekends to cover Texas huge official visit weekends. That was incredibly weak to do when you have no-showed in Austin the last two weekends, and the guys you tried to take a shot at were actually hustling on the biggest recruiting weekends of the cycle. Now, let's see who magically appears this weekend lol

Thank you for posting this!

No question. VB is set up for a nice 6-8 year run.

Myron Charles spring game clips from May ... http://www.hudl.com/v/2P9mnG

Myron Charles junior HUDl: http://www.hudl.com/v/2LXmfe

Texas and 4-star DL Myron Charles OTF believes Texas continues to have legit shot at the Port Charlotte (Fla.) High 4-star defensive tackle. Legit shot. Charles was at Miami this weekend. This one will come down to the FSU OV June 21-23, and then the decision between the Noles vs. Horns.

Very solid in the college game. Not going to replace an NBA guy like Schlesinger easily.

I think that will be interesting with his decision. Texas could lose three EDGE this year, but two of those don't factor into his position. I believe Smith sees himself more at Texas than the others (prior to OU visit this weekend), but that doesn't mean he ends up Texas. One thing here to consider is does he see himself on a bigger stage than Texas Tech/Big 12? If so, it will be Texas or OU.
