I am at the point that I can't listen to post-game interviews. Too much coach-speak. It would be refreshing to see coaches tell the truth. We sucked, and we have to do better.

Might be right on this. In previous years I have seen teams that 'play up to the opposition's talent' so to speak. We all have, IMHO. Also have seen teams that trounce the bad teams and lay an egg against good competition. Baffling.

Coach Sarkasian might be arrogant and stubborn - but he aint stupid. He has a good nest here in Austin as the HC, and he will do what he needs to do to protect it. We will hire a young OC full of vigor who will relate to the players well and get the most out of them. Coach Flood will evaluate whether he wants to continue the rigors of college coaching and we will have improvement - one way or the other. That is all.🤘

Coach Sark addressed the elephant in the room judiciously. It IS a terrible position to put these kids and their parents in. Rules need to change. Coach didn't rant and rave but did address. 👏
