Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby - oh boy!!!
I know that's what they're trying to do, but going to rehab after getting caught and finding out the NCAA is investigating doesn't feel like it's actually getting in front of anything.

Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby - oh boy!!!
"Sorsby bet on Indiana football while redshirting for the Hoosiers as a true freshman in 2022" Betting on college football and betting on your team's games is a guaranteed suspension. The question will be how many games?

DCTF spring rankings
Not clicking the article to find out, but when I see "power ranking" I assume this should be a rating based on the team not their schedule.

Cool graphic on where Sweet 16 starting fives began college careers
Which team has a former Longhorn on it? I assume that team and the top left two teams are like Texas and have had recent coaching turnover?

The new volleyball facility includes housing for athletes!
There used to be a requirement that at least freshman athletes live on campus. They were originally in Jester and then moved to San Jacinto when that dorm initially opened. Not sure where they are these days. I think living on campus is an important of college experience for all students if at all possible, including athletes. And with the mercenary nature of college football these days anything you can do to make them feel like more connected to the university would seem to be a good thing.

Sherrone Moore Fired
Good chance that by "for cause" they mean "he didn't win enough football games so we fired him for something we'd have normally swept under the rug"?

Utah sells to private equity
Yeah the trope of actually paying attention to what happens to industries after PE gets involved or caring about anything other than maximizing shareholder profits at all costs.
-
Utah sells to private equity
Looking forward to a 18 months from now when they sell it Saudi PIF fund, load it with debt from other random shady companies, and then burn the Utah football program to the ground.

Matt Campbell to Penn State
You'd think so but that would require the people involved and Penn State fans to be logical or reasonable, and we know that's not happening.

Matt Campbell to Penn State
Yeah definitely a big change compared to where he's been for a long time. That said, if it actually happens, I think he's a better coach than a lot of the other names bandied about for the position. Not sure that means he'll do any better than Franklin or finish any better than 4th in the Big 10 every year.

Collin Klein to KState
So Ohio State and TAMU losing important coaches. Should kick them out of playoffs IMO. 😜
