I'm at Moody Center. Wife and daughter have a school play obligation, so it was either cover both from the arena or my home office.

Seven runs on five hits for Texas in the top of the second. The Longhorns knocked the Tech starter out of the game. Harrison takes the mound with a 7-0 lead.

BOOM! Three-run bomb by Mendoza and a solo shot by Gasparino make it a 7-0 game.

There’s a big blow. Galvan comes through with a two-run double to left. It’s a 3-0 lead for the Longhorns.
