Texas State bats in the bottom of the inning as the home team. Also, with it being a road game for Texas, Texas State doesn't have to go by the SEC run rule (I don't know if the Sun Belt has one or not) unless both teams agree to it.

Gumbo is thrown out at home trying to make Livingston's base hit a two-run knock. It's an RBI double for Livingston. Texas heads to the bottom of the eighth with a 12-4 lead after a four-run top of the inning.

Two-run base hit to left for Gumbo. Texas leads 11-4.

Borba draws a walk and the bases are loaded for Gumbo.

Former Longhorn Cameron O'Banan is on the mound to face Borba with RISP and two outs.

Becerra strikes out looking and Texas State makes a pitching change.
