That was unexpectedly difficult given we had at least ten very dark years in the modern era of Texas football. This is what I settled on. 1. VY (no debate) 2. Ricky 3. Colt (insane accuracy) 4. Ced Benson (absolute workhorse) 5. DJ 6. Casey Hampton (what a force on the DL) 7. Earl Thomas 8. Quentin Jammer 9. Orakpo 10. Michael Huff

Happy birthday Gerry! Hope you get to enjoy your birthday on a nice and sunny Florida beach somewhere. 😎

I am curious to see whether Diego Pavia will get drafted after all his antics at the Heisman ceremony and later on.

What would have to happen for Texas to jump UCLA? Since they don't play ANYONE in the Top25 except USC, they probably won't lose a series. The Longhorns otoh play 8 teams in the Top25 and have a much higher chance of dropping one or more series. Seems really unfair to not even be rewarded for navigating a much harder SOS.

Great game by the whole team. Congrats to the Ladies! 🤘

Oh wow! Lindsey Vonn just crashed very badly at the Women's Downhill and was airlifted off to hospital. Safe to say she wasn't ready for this competition after her recent ACL rupture.

I can't wait for Men's Downhill Ski tomorrow. Also love Bobsled.

I live in Southern Germany now but had fantastic seven years living in Austin. Good times!

Refreshing how the young man prioritizes his long term pro career as well as long term financial opportunities versus short term gains.

They're basically treating JMU's schedule the same as Texas or Vandys SEC schedule. That's just wrong on so many levels. The system is essentially broken.

Not just less than Tech. A lot less than UT as well. Just look at recruiting rankings.

I don't understand why the media (TV especially) don't apply more pressure on the committee to change the selection process. Nobody can't be interested and will watch a szoozefest like Oregon trashing JMU. Tulane might get lucky with OLe Miss being handicapped offensively but otherwise this also wouldn't be much of a contest. That's 2 out of 4 games in the first round (presumably) not drawing great viewership/ratings. How can they be happy with the current system?

Well he could have stopped running up the score.

It's almost too bad. Texas needs ATM to be overranked and over-valued. Even if they somehow manage to pull this one out, SC gave the Horns great data points.

South Carolina is trying REALLY hard to give this game away. So frustrating to watch. Come on!
