    I absolutely hate to see Tre go but I completely understand both sides. Looking onward though, Iā€™m a little concerned about the leadership for next year. Tre was a significant leader to this team as was Taaffe. Do you see us struggling from a leadership perspective without them and who do you think could be in line to step up and fill in those gaps?

    Born in Bellville but moved to West Texas at around a year old. Lived in Midland until after college and once my wife and I were married we (meaning her really!) decided to settle on Odessa and have been here ever since!
