No respect . I tell ya, we win a World Series last year and all the talk is about Tech. Great pitcher in Kavan and they fawn all over Jordie, Briski, Carli and two TT pitchers. No respect at all.

Tech is light years better than their 2025 version.

Yippee!

Certainly he right call. Why would he do that ? Had to be on purpose.

Hearing circus clown music.

Will the relievers are less than desirable today.

Learning experience. Hopefully it will not hurt us.

Sunday right? Day off will help.

We have had a lot of opportunities to not happen. Please do not come back to haunt please.

Gus would scoff at those pitch counts

I can agree with half of that.

5-1 now. Saving Kavan arm, now time to let Guttierez rest up. We will have to win 3 straight. Put in Haley.

We may not be playing well but at least we are having bad luck.

I was on delay. Wow, thinking big picture, I might put in Guttierez and save Kavan. Doubt we score 3 today with Pickens being held for relief .

Couple of runs will probably win this.

Not new but: from the hometown of James Street, Longview. First memory I have of our Horns was a game on TV , Cotton Bowl game against Roger Staubach and Navy. Many memories, what I feel sorry for the younger folk is their not getting to see Earl play in person.

I really hope that is not true.

I don’t know what all this scoring means but sounds promising.

Game 1 could be an opportunity to knock some rust off for others that will be needed. Balance the risk, start Guttierrz but have TK ready. If the offense goes well, let staff have an inning each.

Wonder what Mike’s strategy will be with Kavan in this opening game. Start but hope we score a lot early so she can come out?

Yeah and it is hard to argue. Not giving up on this game though .

Winner of Austin regional plays the winner of what regional ?

Wonder what kind of water? Probably cheap.

I also thought originally it was the water, then surprised to hear that it wasn’t, I guess we are told?

So instead she throws a complete game. Going to need that stamina as we move forward .
