@Longhornfrenzy helped out with this one time but having an ongoing thread of other school message board meltdowns / world endings is pretty entertaining as I am myself a grief eater

What games do you rewatch the most from the season
I still find myself throwing on the classic when Sark went to Alabama and beat Saban with Quinn and Worthy. When we moved the chains at the end, allowing us the run out the clock, it still gives me chills

Update on Sam Leavitt
Rumors that he was gambling on college football too… hopefully true. Anything that places a dark mark on Kiffin’s tenure, sign me up
-
Latest on Easton Royal
Even with both LSU and Florida having new coaches, Kiffin is more proven and from the same conference so I’d be more surprised if he takes a chance on Florida, where some recent coaches have gone to waste into the encyclopedia of the largely irrelevant

Two Longhorns starting on defense for the Cowboys?
That would be awesome and I'd believe it if it wasn't from the biggest trash rag in the business: The Pathetic

Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby - oh boy!!!
Mateer denied it and all they had was screenshots of venmo inside jokes about gambling - not a comparable situation at all

Wrong thread but even after you leave Georgia’s football team you’re still likely to get arrested - ask Zachariah Branch - now that’s consistency dawgs!!

Live updates: Sean Miller, Texas players after loss to Purdue
@Gerry Hamilton has alluded to this and will likely enlighten us when it’s appropriate

College Basketball Coaching Carousel Thread
I can't stand Oats, not questioning his ability to coach as that's pretty clear. Allowing Brandon Miller to keep playing after being questioned in a MURDER case, adding comments that downplayed the tragedy, his PG just getting arrested for 2 POUNDS of weed, bringing back players who actually played in the NBA, etc. You can argue that he's just playing by the "rules" but there's a difference between having morals and skating the line of integrity. The guy is morally vacant and I hope some controversy catches up to him.

Jordan Pope on the mend ahead of Texas' Sweet 16 bout with Purdue
He's got such a pure looking shot with such a clean release - any time he throws up a deep one I've learned to stop doubting that it was a bad shot because a lot of those go in

Needing advice.
Sorry to hear this - there are some good books that can help your mental clarity and process during tough times like these (DM me if you want suggestions). The act of mental reframing becomes crucial in times of adversity, for example, try reframing this into "what if this was a gift?" - like others have said, you'll grow in time to shift your perspective on these things and you'll be stronger for it
