  1. On the one hand, A&M has played no one since Notre Dame all year. They have not been tested by a very good team with equal or better talent. Texas has—several times—and is probably better prepared for this game as a result. Texas is also a very different team at home. I think Texas should be able to move the ball against that overrated A&M D. But I worry about which Texas D is going to show up. We haven’t seen a dominant Texas D for over a month. In the end, however, I think our battle-tested toughness and home field advantage win out, even though my head says A&M. 48-45 Texas. The sheep-humpers turn tail back to Dead Dog Field in shame, another failed attempt to win the SEC.
  2. Good. Let him be confined to dead dog field where he can commune with all his dead dog friends while all the milkmen prance around their fire praying to their dead dog and sheep gods.
  3. Your whole series of replies in this thread is pretty embarrassing. Might want to think about how you treat other people, especially the good ones like Jeff.
  4. The Aggie dorks have been screaming for weeks that they should be #1 in the country. Good to see the typical November meltdown bringing them back to where they belong.
  5. This is the problem with Aggies crowing about Texas’s schedule when they literally have only played the worst teams in the SEC. Nobody truly knows how good they actually are. But today is giving us some answers.
  6. Music to Bobby’s ears.
  7. I remember when assistant coaches were telling The Athletic that Hudson Card was a carbon copy of Aaron Rodgers. Gotta take what these guys are saying with a grain of salt.
  8. That’s honestly the vibe I feel right now. It’s up to Sark to get these guys dialed in and ready to punch Georgia in the mouth repeatedly over four quarters.
  9. This is about where I am. It’s time to see what this team is made of. I really hope they prove me wrong, but you’d better be tough as nails, mature, and execute almost to perfection if you want to go into Athens and beat this Georgia team. Not saying it can’t be done, but I need our boys to show it to me.
  10. Georgia 30 Texas 13 Unfortunately I think this is going to get ugly.
  11. We learned last year that momentum heading into Round 2 provides advantages and that sitting out the first round might put you at a disadvantage. All of the teams with byes struggled last year, which makes sense—they were all off for at least a month and were rustier than the teams that played in Round 1.
  12. Continuing the theme of them not knowing what the hell to do with Texas.
  13. The one-loss ACC frauds (Virginia, Louisville) got exposed today, which clears the path a bit for us in case we trip up once more.
  14. Careful, you’re gonna make Bobby have an aneurysm saying such things.
  15. Yes, they are a really good team. But they’ve been in shootouts or close games most of the year and MSU has been a very tough out. I thought for sure MSU would be able to drive the ball against that Georgia D, which doesn’t get pressure and can be had in the secondary. None of that really occurred. Georgia’s ability to run the ball really changed the game.
  16. I honestly did not expect Georgia to go to Starkville and do THAT. No looking ahead to Texas, no trap game—just domination. That is going to be an incredibly tough game in Athens. Sure hope we’ve fixed some things in the secondary.
  17. Indiana better be careful. I know Penn St sucks, but they have a better defense and better athletes than IU has seen all year. They might mess around and find out.
