I would love a weekly show/segment breaking down players on the opposing team that Texas recruited and any draft prospects. We follow these kids for months and then they sort of disappear. Would be fun to get an update on their careers every once in a while.

It’s not that deep. It’s a teenager picking a school on one of the best days of his life. He did not set out to disrespect Texas.

Just got back home to Detroit for the Fourth of July. Made me think—having the the Longhorns ever had a player from Detroit? I know we had a backup catcher from the University of Ligget (like 10 mins from my parents place) last year but I can’t think of anyone else.
