I have dealt with the same issues. I did not have the character and will that it takes when I was 19 years old. That is why when a guy like Kelvin Banks or Tre Wisner comes along I really respect and appreciate them. I wish J Cook and J Bledsoe well. I hope they don't wake up in 30 years wishing they had stuck it out at Texas. Greatness is hard.

When you see athletic freaks passed on the depth chart by Freshmen it is a reminder that football if 90% mental. It is about character and will. Shying away from the challenge is the easy way out.

Goosby's play against Aggy should mean something. That kid is the next great OT for UT. He is a 1st rounder after the 26 season if he stays healthy imo.

Arch should start for the rest of the season. Quinn is very good, but he is not a championship level athlete.

Both LL and Ty Smith are really good players. They should split time next year. Smith is going to surprise some folks next year when he goes prime time.

At first read I chuckled and thought "no way", but Simmons, Hill, Moore, and Gbenda call all really run. I don't think these guys are faster than 2005, but they are close. I hope one of the football geeks does a comparison. 😉

Agree. It is unfortunate because I thought Blue would have a monster year. I am not sure that Blue is better than Gibson right now. However, Tre is the best RB on the team right now imo.
