By choosing Arnold over Gabriel, OU has now put Arnold in a pressure cooker situation—first year as QB1 after redshirt year after mediocre bowl performance , 1st year at SEC, Newly hired OC, inexperienced OL line…and now Arnold is being chased by a freshman QB for QB1? If OU and venables aren’t careful…Arnold may start seeing ghosts before Red River game against Texas…that would be a pity for any young QB. how you wanna bet there could be Arch vs Arnold duel fest (so Ewers can stay fresh for Georgia game the following week?)
