Josh Pate interviews Sark
Good interview. Sark looks like he's in great physical shape...credit to him for walking the talk unlike so many other coaches.
-
Seymore Eligible
I wonder how many programs passed over him because of the issue. Good job by Sark taking the chance on him to land a difference maker.

Cam Coleman interview
Great kid. I couldn't understand what food he said he liked in Austin. Anyone catch it?

CFP National Championship Game (Indiana vs Miami)
2 frosh corners I think due to injury and targeting last game.

Portal Palace
Could be, but that's the only plausible pitch with Goosby locked in at LT in his last year.
-
Portal Palace
Yes, he stated in recent interviews that he wanted another year of strength and skill development and to spend a year on campus with his brother.
-
Portal Palace
That's what was said about Goosby.

The pitch to Seaton would likely be: spend a year at RT in the SEC (significant step up from the B12), then play a year at LT and you'll be a first round pick. At RT he could also be the backup for Goosby in the event of an injury.

What the Will Muschamp hire means for Texas and Steve Sarkisian in 2026
Remember the first UG game in 2024? In the first half the aggression from the 'dogs was overwhelming. Our O was shell-shocked. That's what Sark wants to see.

What the Will Muschamp hire means for Texas and Steve Sarkisian in 2026
Sark essentially said that WM is a second head coach with full authority and responsibility for the defense. Sark will apply his full attention to the offense rather than having to keep an eye on the defense which he was apparently having to do with PK. This is huge.
-
Georgia Beat Reacts to Muschamp Hire
Sark said in his presser that hiring WM will give him more time to focus on the offense. That suggests he's had to supervise the defense under PK more than he will now. That will improve the offense.

Georgia Beat Reacts to Muschamp Hire
A significant bonus to hiring WM, aside from taking the D up a notch in attention to detail and aggression, is an inside look at the UG defensive details and an opposing coach's scouting report on your offense. Both instrumental in defeating UG down the road, and critical information PK could never provide.

Recent Texas departures are a part of college football's volatile roster building process
The current NIL rules level the playing field and create parity. Texas has the advantage of being the premier program in the state and residing in Austin which has a growing and relatively affluent economy. That opens lots of doors for private NIL deals for those athletes willing and able to pursue those opportunities. That has to be Texas' pitch to differentiate themselves from other programs.

Trevor Goosby Update (1pm CT)
I know for a fact that Arch doesn't accept any NIL $$$ from the school/collectives, etc. Same as Quinn. His NIL is all private deals.
