Born and raised in Austin before there was traffic. Dad had his undergrad and Medical degree from UT. He took me to the home opener of the 1969 season (TX-49 Tech-7) and it kind of became our thing. Dad bought season tickets starting in 1970. Went 40 years without missing a home game, vast majority with dad. Went to Texas as a Pre-Med Biology major, but ended up as an airline Captain. The work schedule and having kids put an end to the 40 year home game streak, but that's okay. The kids are grown (with one daughter a UT grad), and I just retired so I'm 5 years into a new streak!

Many good ones listed above, love it every time Tony Hills is on, but it's hard to beat Blake telling us Colt was going to be okay.

I think the trend has to keep moving in the right direction, so we have to improve year over year. Simple definition is at least one CFP win. However, we have to beat OU and A&M to make it completely satisfactory.
