There is this little technicality is that neither Texas nor Oklahoma is in the SEC until July 1st. I've seen no separate agreement that says that incoming schools are bound by this. If someone does transfer before then either way, I would expect a legal challenge if the SEC tries to prevent that player from playing this fall.

I think in the spring game, since the defense had been burned by the running game in practice, the safeties were instructed to stop the run first. This resulted in them playing too close to the line of scrimmage and not staying back to defend deep threats of receivers going downfield. I think the talent is definitely there and the scheme will be adjusted. You miss the point. Texas baseball NIL is in the lower half of SEC baseball NIL. It is very insufficient in attracting too tier players, especially pitchers. Wake up, the baseball coffee has been brewed, but not by Texas.

Yet nothing has been done despite losing Skenes last year when he saw the LSU NIL offer. Just being Texas is not enough to attract top players in this age of NIL.
