Texas women's basketball portal thread
After this portal exodus, it will be interesting to see if Vic can modify his ways. The days of the hardass coaches are over, especially in women's sports. Now the gals have options and can go elsewhere.

Texas women's basketball portal thread
Obviously, the players on our women's basketball team are scouring OnTexasFootball.com for negative comments. Of course.

- Texas Baseball sees no movement in the polls, while softball falls
Keep stacking good weekends. It's a grind. Fun ride so far.- Hi
- Baseless Rumor of the day
A lady at work stayed late last night and put 3 miniature ducks in everyone's cube/office. I was the only person she told about it. So, today, when people started finding them, I told folks that every desk had 4 ducks. Solid entertainment has ensued.- Cody Campbell op-ed
I don't trust Cody Campbell.- Jonathon Brooks missed 2025 and Dave Canales looking forward to getting him back
Panthers RB Jonathon Brooks preparing for OTAs after second ACL surgery- Baseball injury news: Adrian Rodriguez to miss some time | Monday 10:25 a.m.
You mean all season. I don't know exactly what's going on, but he's looked in pain the entire time, and it feels weird that he's been playing.- Baseball Game Thread: No. 2 Texas vs. No. 8 Oklahoma (Saturday, 4 p.m.)
GO TO HELL, OU!!!!!!!!!!!!- Will wade vs Schloss departure
This feels more like hurt feelings than an honest question from the OP. Schloss left for good reasons and for a major job. Was the timing ideal? Of course not. There is no ideal time to leave a program. Somebody is always going to feel blindsided, offended, or betrayed. You can say it was awkward. Fine. You can say Aggies were angry. Obviously. But trying to turn it into some grand character indictment is a bit much. He made a career move. It was messy. That happens in college sports every year.- Two quick baseball injury/health notes before the OU series (Wednesday, 2:32 p.m.)
What's the diagnosis for the ailing bullpen?- College Basketball Coaching Carousel Thread
SOURCE: Huge Anus- Jim Schlossnagle on Jonah Williams' shoulder surgery, spring plans and two-sport future
Good. I see no reason to force him to choose. It's his life. If he doesn't want to specialize, then UT shouldn't make him. He needs to understand that might limit his ability to contribute at a max level to each team or limit his development in the sports, but so be it.- A (good) update on my son, Colt
Great news!- Baseball Game Thread: No. 2 Texas vs. Ole Miss (Saturday)
- Sam Ehlinger Signs Extension with Broncos
Keep getting those checks, Sam!- Men's Hoops: Texas might be back on the bubble after an 88-85 overtime loss to Oklahoma
Pathetic display tonight.- This is hilarious
@Joe Zura is a Scorpio, he likes biking, and he's never been laid.- Hello OTF!
Seriously. Enough of the small talk, @Hank South, let's get to work! . . . . Kidding, of course. Welcome.- Texas Baseball: Some Movement In Polls
Aside from Coastal - who we just played, so many will recognize it - which logo is hard to understand? You've got SEC, Big 10, Big 12, and ACC schools for most of the rest. Then Southern Miss and UTSA, which are widely known. I forgot if the Beavers are in a conference now. Haha.- Texas Baseball: Some Movement In Polls
I get it, but UCLA has played 4 Top 25 teams in TCU, Tenn, A&M, Miss St. They won all 6 of those contests. Thankfully, the polls don't matter at all right now. Just keep stacking wins.- SEC/Big 10 vs Cody Campbell
- T' Vondre Sweat traded
Well, the Titans don't view Sweat as a fit for Saleh's scheme, and the Jets want him after losing Quinnen Williams, so hopefully it will be a good move for Sweat.- Texas Basketball NIL Questions
As NIL, revenue sharing, and the transfer portal redefine roster economics, it feels worth digging into how Texas basketball is structuring its strategy and whether we are optimizing. I am curious how others see it. What questions should we be asking @Gerry Hamilton about our NIL structure, priorities, and competitiveness? Budget What’s the estimated total NIL budget for Texas Men’s Basketball this season, and how does it compare nationally? Can you break down what portion is revenue-sharing vs. collective funding vs. individual deals? Players & Recruiting How much NIL is reportedly being targeted at high-value players/transfer portal targets? With so much attention on NIL and the transfer portal, how is Texas approaching NIL differently for incoming high-school recruits versus transfer portal targets — and how does that shape recruiting priorities for basketball? Competitive Strategy How does Texas’ NIL approach differ from peers like A&M, Oklahoma, or national powerhouses? If we are not going to pay top dollar for the top guys, what is the best lane for Texas to be in from an NIL standpoint? Booster Dynamics What hoops-specific booster engagement exists outside of the Texas One Fund? Can Miller get his own whale? Are there any emerging organizations or funding vehicles geared specifically to basketball? What else should we be talking about in regards to NIL? - Texas Baseball sees no movement in the polls, while softball falls
