Great play and demonstration of Earl's power and ability. As I recall, Robertson's teammates called him something like Goodyear or Firestone after that play because Earl ran right over him like a car to truck. 🤣 Someone here may remember exactly what that was.

Notice the title on the Sports Illustrated cover- "Texas' Earl Campbell Demolishes the Aggies". 🤣 My favorite Longhorn. I grew up in Houston and saw him play at UT and for the Oilers. He was so much fun to watch. He could run through people, over people, and out run people if he got the chance. Hall of Famer everywhere and at the top of the heap of Longhorn Legends. I think Gang Tackling was invented to stop Earl.

I won't celebrate that, but will celebrate Natl. Oyster Day tomorrow.
