DT Tiaoalii Savea was wearing his usual #98 for the OU game. If Chatman was changed to defense, he would almost certainly have a different number because it was already taken on the defensive side of the ball. The number was apparently still available for an offensive player.

It has been very wrong this year, and in some cases not even corrected over time. Whoever has been assigned to tracking participant statistics this year has been doing a very lousy job.

Last night was the only game he hasn't appeared in. He played against Michigan, but it was omitted in the participation statistics.

I think Gullette would go first, as evidenced by his being tried there in last Saturday's scrimmage, and the coaches would be reluctant to take another player from the already thin LB room.
