Not at all. Our class will still be better. They’ve just got some recruiting momentum and we have to be realistic. They are not gonna just sit there and let us get 3 of the top EDGE rushers in the country. We are fighting to prevent them from getting 2 of the top OT in the country. If you could bet on it at this point aggy looking better for the 2 OTs than we are for the 3 EDGEs. Just need to win and collieville Saturday or these battles will continue to be more even in 2026.

Not surprised at all. Doesn’t matter if Hilson is a silent. Aggy will throw the kitchen sink at him and likely get him in the end. They will finish strong with Rogers maybe fasusi. They are also all in on a borderline 5 star wr and could finish close to a top 5 class. Ugh

Would have liked for bond to rest his ankle more and Moore to rest his foot more. We need both to be in their best shape possible next Saturday. Didn’t think I saw Kobe black in the game so this confirms. Wonder if his coverage issues the prior week affected playing time.

Watching the aggy auburn game it is clear we need to account for their overload blitzed. Auburn qb was running for his life on those blitzes and if Quinn isn’t 100 percent the blitz pickup needs to be on point and the hot route needs to be set well against the extra attacker.

Quinn’s health is huge here. He looks poised and in command in the first half. If he is hobbled or unsure of himself we are in trouble next week. Bond is like 4.5 bond not 4.25 bond and Moore isn’t 100 percent for blocking. This is why the game was to golden yesterday. This plus the running backs fumbleitis makes me concerned about the aggy game with their front. Our defense should do well but need to watch out for Noah Thomas to pop some big ones. We will clearly lose the special teams battle unless we can free bolden for a big run back.

To be honest the punt coverage hasn’t been good and he never has any space. He’s trying to make lemonade out of lemons which can be reckless but I’m okay with that. Remember a few years ago when every punt to us bounced and wasn’t picked up and we lost 10.. 15 yards after the bounce?

Will be interesting to see who gets the coveted cfp number 5 slot. Aside from winning an sec championship that is the best situation
