All that talk about how his low S2 score didn't matter isn't aging well. OL/injuries or not, dude has horrible decision-making skills under pressure. Stroud will not win the AFC (much less a SB) for the Texans. I'll stand by this statement every time. They need to draft heavy on OL this year and prepare to move on from CJ after the season.
