Jim Schlossnagle on Jonah Williams' shoulder surgery, spring plans and two-sport future
Good luck to the young man. He came to TEXAS to get that opportunity to see which sport was best for him, and at age 18 he has it all in front of him, still. I wish him the best. Get well soon, young man and make the doubters look like dummies! HOOKEM

This is tremendous… Texas 6-foot-9 baseball signee (setting hoops records)
Hmmmm...it's HIS life...and athletes are athletes...they like sports in general and so it's not hard to believe someone would be great in 2 or even more sports...I bet he could be quite the martial artist as well

A (good) update on my son, Colt
True...but some folks would not have put in the effort AFTER the medical care. Colt DID. He didn't allow a bad "break" rule him entirely. He took the Longhorns by the horns. I know a bit about recovery. I had a massive stroke. Couldn't move, eat, drink, or anything else at one point. But I never gave up. I love those nurses who were so great. No one meeting me for the first time now would guess that I ever had a stroke. The doctors are mystified. They said I would die. Yet 4 years and 4 mos later here I am on OTF! Congratulations to Colt on keeping his head on straight and taking on recovery like the champion he is. I highly suspect that he has only just begun. As a result better things are ahead! HOOKEM

Awesome. We are only limited by our own minds. We can do what we want when we want through effort, commitment, diet, exercise, and faith.

Brian Baldinger really likes Anthony Hill as an NFL prospect
He will play his first NFL game as a 20-year-old. He's only going to get better. Probably better than the 2 tOSU LBs taken ahead of him...IF they're taken ahead of him

Easton Royal goes 10.26
these kids are faster than their predecessors as a whole...better training and diet = incredible times...and it's early in the track season. How would you like to be that guy in D Mitchell's race yesterday? 10.02 and finishd second...a few years a go that would have beat everybody every race in HS.

Dillon Mitchell...
No wasted motion with him, in either track or football. He's Bobby Hayes incarnate. Only he has the advantage of great coaching at an early age. Very positive attitude to boot. Respectful. In football it translates to both power and speed. Can cut on a dime. Fun to watch. HOOKEM

Ai’King Hall sets unofficial visit
Not sure who we end up with as CBs, but we're in on so much of the available talent you'd think we'd end up with some serious CBs
