i don't think that will matter...Once they play in the bracket the better team will advance. No one will have any ground to stand on and it'll keep fans bought into the post season a little bit more

agree 100%....If we really want to be the top dog, then we need to be able to call a play and execute even when the defense knows what is coming. Consistency of success in proven plays is a trademark for championship teams. We all know what's coming, but no one can stop it...that's when you know that you've got something really special.

I think a trip to the 12 team playoff is now the new expectation. The bar has been set. Texas was ahead of schedule in making a 4 team CFP. Texas is organically building depth across the boards and developing players and a culture of success on and off the field. Excellence is expected from this staff and team. Anything less than the playoffs is a huge loss for the program at this point and going forward.
