Cash those tickets! 2026 Aledo RB Raycine Guillory Jr. has committed to Texas following his time on campus for the Junior Day Saturday afternoon. Guillory was a key piece of the Aledo offense in 2023 that ended up winning the state title. The sophomore running back rushed for 1200+ yards on an 8.5 yards per carry clip and found the end zone 17 times. Texas wrapped up their Junior Day festivities a couple of hours ago, but there might be a few more fireworks left in the chamber.  I am told everyone who wagered on over 0.5 commitments to come out of this weekend will be walking to the ticket window here soon to cash that ticket.

- As I posted in the “Afternoon Notes” thread, both Boobie Feaster and Byron Washington met with Coach Sarkisian after the junior day concluded. However, I have learned that 2025 safety Sael Reyes also had a one on one meeting with the coaches as well.  - Reyes is high on Texas and had a great visit today. The 5th offer of the afternoon has been extended to 2025 Lake Travis DE Gus Cordova. Texas did not have to go far for this evaluation with the Lake Travis end coming down to campus for the Junior Day. If you want to talk about toughness, Cordova showed up to campus today in a t-shirt with the sub-30 degree temperatures pestering just about everyone else in attendance. Texas joins the mix for Cordova, who now holds 18 offers – including Oklahoma, Texas A&M, TCU and SMU.

I checked in with a few prospects and parents after the junior day concluded today.  Here's the rundown: - After the day was over, certain players were asked to stay longer for some more personal time with the coaches.  For the most part, these were guys who either received offers or who already held offers.   - DeSoto duo Byron Washington and Ethan "Boobie" Feaster were two of those players.  Washington, the 2025 four-star OL, is all Texas at this point and when I asked if anyone else

Michael Terry Jr. from San Antonio Alamo Heights was offered by Texas today. Terry, who plays quarterback in high school, is expected to be a receiver on the college level. Terry also has offers from Oregon, Nebraska, Oklahoma and TCU. Terry was one of four new scholarship offers on the day after more than 100 high school football prospects descended on the University of Texas football facility.    

Prosper offensive lineman Connor Carty is the third new scholarship offer made to a member of the 2025 recruiting cycle today by the Longhorn coaching staff. Carty, a 6-foot-5, 295-pound offensive lineman, was offered by Texas just moments ago. Carty also has scholarship offers from Baylor, Arkansas and more. The second known offer to come from today's Junior Day was bestowed on Rickey Wright, a running back from Tyler Chapel Hill. Wright, who is 5-foot-10, 180 pounds. Wright is one of the state's most prolific offensive prospects with more than 6,000 yards rushing in his high school career. He was district offensive MVP as both a sophomore and junior. Last season alone, he rushed for 2,855 yards and 40 touchdowns. Wright and his teammate Demtrius Brisbon, who plays QB for Chapel Hill, are
