Texas has offered 2026 North Forney ATH Legend Bey, a current Tennessee commit, Friday afternoon. 

Bey is a freakish athlete. He plays quarterback and has offers at the position, but long term his highest ceiling position is at receiver in my opinion. 

I watched him at the Under Armour Dallas camp earlier in the year where he shined at the receiver spot in 1 on 1’s. 

Bey boasts elite speed, clocking a wind-aided 10.23 time in the 100m in April. Previously he had been sitting in the low 10.6’s. 

Sarkisian is in DFW, and this offer should be something to monitor moving forward.

I remember last year it was discussed that Texas was going after a lot of long-limbed WRs like Ffrench, Lockett, and Terry. It seems like they've pivoted back to smaller, and more twitchy WRs this cycle with Bishop and now Bey.

Twitch > size and length 

Hopefully not too late with this offer. He’s a stud.  Tennessee commit but visited Ohio st recently 

Could this also be that Lott is getting a good NIL offer from Oregon that’s too good to pass up.? We want a similar athlete for cheaper to allocate those funds elsewhere? 

Niblett is also a Junior and maybe they want to replace that type skill set because it has won us some games this year. Bey seems similar speed, twitch, and versatility.

That's where my mind has gone as well.

Twitchier with comparable speed.

Upcoming Bey packages(replaces Niblett package) but adds passes would be Legendary!

Turns out 10.23 solves a lot of route-tree questions

This offer makes sense to me — Sark’s always going to take the skyscraper types when they’re special, but he clearly doesn’t want a room full of one body type. You need the big catch-radius guys and the sudden, explosive separators. Both Bishop and Bey bring the jugo (juice), and check the “if he touches it, you hold your breath” box.

College football keeps proving speed scares defensive coordinators more than anything, and Bey’s track numbers are silly. If Sark sees a QB with that kind of burst who already flashed at WR in camp? Yeah, that offer deserves our attention.

Chris Jackson was by Panther Creek to see Lott yesterday 

Lott’s recruitment is still in the balance 

Texas trying to ensure they get a twitchy guy at the end of this class

Legend Bey.

He should have been offered this past summer on his name alone.  Not to mention that Tennessee offered him.  They have had some good receivers over the past couple of years.

With these offers, I’m interested to see what happens with last year’s receiver class. 

LOVE IT! This roster needs more twitchy guys tha can take it the distance at wide receiver.

They aren’t going anywhere because Texas wants retain the entire 2025 WR class.
