This is the first year in Sark’s tenure that the secondary should be the strength of the defense

We hope and think that, But don’t make it true until it’s proven. Theres a reason Gideon and Joseph didn’t get raises.

There is more experience there and proven play in the secondary, than at LB or DL. If the secondary is problem this year, the defense is likely to be a major issue

He doesn't practice until the fall, and he'll need to be more versatile than just slot. Maybe he overtakes Golden or Moore at some point in the season, but he'll need to learn the playbook first.

He has had the playbook since January.

The secondary is now Sarkisian's guys. The DL is still mostly Herman's and Giles' guys.

That's true, as far as players go. But the coaches are the real question mark. Joseph has been good for recruiting LA and Gideon is...I don't know, a reminder of how good we were back in the day? I have genuine questions about both of them in terms of scheme and skill development. I'd be happy to be wrong, but I think they're the weakest position coaches on the team.

Safety has become a loaded position.

Im a Neto guy that’s hoping he takes the next step. Hutson is awfully good when healthy.

We need one of Roberson, Mack or Black to step up similarly to what Muhammad did last year at corner.
