Who do we want from LSU?

Featured Replies

I've heard through the Swamp grapevine that Kelly was fired today. We'll see if that's true, but you heard it here first.

The Aggies coach is legit. He is not a carnival barker like Jimbo was too. He's just a dang good coach. Their quarterback has improved a lot. We will have to play almost perfect to beat them.

You’re overreacting. LSU is the opposite of Texas, no heart and a HC with zero integrity that his players don’t like.

TAMU’s other road games were won by an average of 2 points.

They are not the best team in the country. They can be beat.

What am I overreacting to? I only gave my opinion....I never said they were the best team in the country, I've just said they've more than proven themselves this year.

Anyone can be beat, that doesn't mean they're not good this year.

I'll definitely give Elko credit, he's doing a much better job than Jimbo was.

The thread you replied to went like this:

First person: ”TAMU may be the best team in the country”

Second person: “Stop! Make them come to Austin and prove that first”

You: “Honestly, they’ve more than proven it already”

You may not have meant it, but in the context of the thread you’re saying A&M’s “more than proven” they’re the best team in the country. And I think that’s an overreaction.

TAMU’s claim to fame is beating an overrated ND team early in the season by 1 pt and beating the breaks off a flawed and defeated LSU team.

Their schedule has been as favorable as ours has been unfavorable.

Yeah, I'll be honest, you're just reaching for something that isn't there.

Your as honest as your reading comprehension allows

Back to the topic. LSU:  Lamar Brown, Jabari Mack, Trenton Henderson.
Florida: Heze  Kent

LSU needs to make Olivia Dunne their head coach.  Would probably be better than BK and recruit a helluva lot better.

Wouldn’t hire Lane regardless of openings. Beating OU Saturday was the time he beat a ranked on the road during his at Ole Miss. Lane Kiffin is overrated as HC.

This is silly. Kiffin is a helluva a coach and has learned under arguably the 2 best coaches of the last 25-30 years in Saban and Pete Carroll.

His offense is plug and play for QBs and he’d be able to get elite skill talent on offense and war daddies on defense if he were to go to LSU.

While this might be true it was still mind blowing that yesterday's win over OU was Kiffin's first road win over a ranked opponent. As much as we rag on Sark he's done that just about every year he's been here.

If we could get Henderson from LSU, that would be crazy. Two 5 star Edges in the same class? That Edge room would be insane lol. Mack would be interesting but probably a stretch. Henderson we were at least in the mix for him weren't we?

Brown I think it was between LSU and A&M, if he is to flip, it's probably there.

Don't know much about Kent.

About to take Ole Miss to the playoffs

I would personally be OK adding Harlem Berry and/or Jaden Baugh, to round out the wish list

He hasn’t done it yet

Well he’s about to.  He’s not losing to both UF at home and to Lebby in Starkville in the Egg Bowl.  He’s got margin for error even if he drops one of them.

I’d prefer to go defensive background HC after the last two offensive geniuses.

Fine. Blue chip defensive prospects, dogs, dawgs, studs, ballers. Whatever you want to call them.
