SJSU lost their season opener 16-14 to Central Michigan at home. CMU rushed for 247 yards at 4.9 per attempt. The CMU top two RB’s put up 201 yards of the 247 on 31 attempts. CMU totaled 362 yards on 63 plays. 

QB Walker Eget attempted 43 passes in the loss, and had two rough interceptions in the opener. Both were ill-advised throws. If he repeats decisions close to that September 6, Texas will likely get a pick six opportunity. Eget also had a lost fumble in the game. 

SJSU posted 383 yards on 67 offensive plays. 
 

What is your opinion on Arch mannings arm strength?  Compare it to Quinn as an example and then someone like Lagway

Crisp routes....indeed, after watching again it was obvious just how poor Wingo performed. The WR group as a whole under performed.  But I like Parker ALOT.

I'm hoping not for field goal attempts this weekend, but can't help but wonder what Mason Shipley will eventually look like this season.

Looks like their may be rain tomorrow during the game.  Wonder how that will affect the gameplan.

Im down the street in Leander, we normally get the same weather. I'm seeing clouds, but not rain until Sunday.
