    My "Hopes" aren't up for anything big on the Michigan penalties. That's unless the reconstituted NCAA enforcement wants to make a statement.

    If the penalties are light...I don't expect anything on the Mateer case. 

    Otoh, if they want to establish a new Sheriff in town mentality... wagering while you are a student athlete is serious.
