I know this might not be the most interesting question, but I was curious—how many current NFL starting quarterbacks has Texas played against? I think I can count up to 13.

I’ve thought about this too. Our out of conference scheduling was pretty brutal during our down years. 
 

Out of conference matchups: Joe Burrow, Jared Goff, Sam Darnold, Michael Penix, Bryce Young, Drew Lock

in conference matchups: Patrick Mahomes, Jalen Hurts, Baker Mayfield, Brock Purdy, Kyler Murray, Caleb Williams, Geno Smith, Spencer Rattler,  Dillon Gabriel* 

So I believe the final count is 15 if you consider Gabriel a possible starter

If Tyler Shough starts for the Saints, he'll need to be added to the list. He was the starter for Tech when the Longhorns hung 70 on them in Sark's first year.

By my count 7-16 record (played a few of them multiple times) 

All I know is Kyler Murray is 0–1
