No, Texas canceled because Texas feels good about other WRs on the board.

That is called separating the wheat from the chaff.  Sarkisian wants talented mature guys who want to win for Texas on the field and win for themselves at Texas and after football.  Recruits who thinks NIL is the ultimate goal in recruiting will not be offered.
