Will he be our starting MLB next year after Ant Hill goes to the NFL ?

I watched his huddle tape again and was very impressed. Is he faster than Hill ?

 

He ran 10.9 in the 100m before committing to Texas. He is right around 240 pounds at the moment.

On paper there appears to be a line to start in the middle. Lefau is likely back next year and Smith will certainly be in the conversation. But a strong room no doubt.

Lefau is a star.  I can't wait to see Barnes on the field in 26.  Pete K needs 4 studs at all times and the room looks fantastic right now.

It might be Spence over Barnes but he is definitely not faster. He is the fastest LB in the room. You don’t remember him hawking down Milroe as a freshman week 2 of his career. Works out in Dallas at a pro facility and they believe he will run high 4.4 but a definitely a 4.5 at the combine.
