Usually, that's the case. When you have players who might be selected in the fourth or fifth round and later, the conversations can become interesting, especially because high schools have considerable leverage.

The problem is I’ve gotten really damn good at remodeling houses.  Especially for someone who doesn’t work in that field. We’ve bought and flipped multiple ones and now unless it’s electric or plumbing, it’s her and I. 

Maybe I should call Magnolia network and get me a show going like Chip and Joanna Gaines.
