looks like their starting pitcher is averaging less than 1 strike out per inning (0.81) - hopefully we make good contact early. 

If you blinked, you might've missed the top of the first. Ethan Walker got through it on six pitches, retiring the Huskies in order.

That is a damn low eye.  I bet whatever replaces it will have deeper anchors and a wind relief mechanism built in.

Mendoza did a really good job of staying alive with two strikes. He's on base after taking one in the shoulder.

Galvan draws a walk. Only five of Edwards' first 11 pitches have been strikes.
