Favorite games

Featured Replies

I’m not sure if anyone has done this yet. But what was your favorite game this year? I’ve been rewatching games and for me it’s Texas vs little brother

I wouldn’t be saying this if we didn’t win most likely lol, but that Arizona St game with all the twists and turns, 4th and 13 was just an awesome football game especially with the victory! 🤘🏽🤘🏽

Facing Clemson was a great viewing experience. I love it when teams who have never faced each other meet. Was great to see two teams with iconic logos and solid programs square off.

Hope to see UT schedule more “unique” opponents like Penn State or Florida State. Something new.

SEC opener against Miss State was also up there

My favorite play of the year was the 4th down stop against the Aggies in the 4th quarter 🤘🤘. But that 4 and 13 was 2nd for me

I agree with the Clemson game as well that was fire to watch and it was a home playoff game 🤘

Definitely Texas being up 17-0 at A&M. Then winning 17-7.

The A&M build up after all the years of not playing plus year one in the SEC was fever pitch. And there was a lot on the line in the game.

Texas win was a tone setter for UT athletics domination of the Aggies in the return of the hated-rivalry

Aggy game for me. I was only 11 last time we played, so it felt somewhat new to me. Definitely most tense I’ve been before game. Was badass going into there and shutting their “12th man” down

Even after you picked them to beat us

We played Penn St in Austin my frosh or sophomore year; 89 or 90. I always get it confused with the Auburn game.
We’ve never played Fla St or Michigan St or Illinois.
We haven’t played Tennessee or South Carolina or Wisconsin in my lifetime.

Michigan for the experience environment and we may not go again anytime soon

Aggy for the pure joy.

Aggie and Arkansas. Two very similar games where we toyed with old SWC rivals that would give their season to beat us and then boringly snuffed them out in the fourth quarter.

Getting revenge on UArk.

Yeah. Always good.

But nothing gets the blood flowing like beating A&M.

Game against Arizona …I love a good nail biter of a game—especially when my team wins at the end😂😂😂

Also set the tone for all of our other sports. We dominated the SEC in year one. Unexpected.

My favorite games are the ones we win. My least favorite games are the ones we lose. I hope this helps!

I’d have said Aggie game but the pick 6 left a bad tase in my mouth. Gotta go with Michigan. Just a complete and utter handling of the defending champs on the road. Most complete game of the season.

The SEC Championship is the rare Texas loss where I appreciated the brand of football being played. Those two teams beat the hell out of each other in Atlanta.

The win over Florida was good to watch because Quinn and the offense were pretty much flawless.

I also enjoyed the UTSA game because it was the first time we got to see Arch take meaningful snaps.
