The game will start on ESPN News while softball finishes up on ESPN 2.

Flores retires Kiel on strikes to open the game.

I like the situation for Flores. The pressure is off with the series wrapped up. Hopefully, he's able to settle in and pitch well today.

Why is the ESPN app saying the game hasn't started?

The Texas softball team is tied with OU, 8-8, in the top of the fifth.

I don't know. It's on ESPN News until Texas-OU softball is done.

Max Weiner is out after Flores walks Laviolette on five pitches and issues a four-pitch walk to Henseler.

Flores had only walked four coming into today.

No bueno.

Sorrell doubles off the right-field wall. Laviolette scores and the Aggies grab the lead, 1-0.

Flores needs to get it together 

A&M has runners in scoring position with one out in the top of the first.

Looked like Flores hung an off-speed pitch on a two-strike offering to Harrison. A single to center brings Henseler home, and the Aggies extend the lead to 2-0.

Exactly what I was afraid of and brought up earlier in the week. Jason Flores not ready for this and I would've went another direction. 

Flores has crossed the 20-pitch mark for the inning.

Kent looks at a 2-2 pitch for strike three. He lets the umpire know he doesn't like the call. Regardless, it's first and third with two outs for the Aggies.

Flores winds up striking out the side. The Aggies strand a pair, but two runs on two hits give them a lead.
